Sessions include introspective exercises — alone and in small groups — meditation, simple yoga, and use of creative modalities such as journaling, music, and collage.

Session length: From half-day to three-day intensive
Enrollment: Limited to 12 participants
Fees: Based on hourly or daily rate, plus expenses

Note: 50% of all profits donated to charity. Choice of charity arrived at through discussion with client.
